when you are scared or upset your body goes into the flight, fight or fright response. All energy is diverted to the parts of the body that are more important i.e. the brain, ears, eyes, and muscles. The non-essential processes for this response include the digestive system and this effectively pauses while you deal with the situation upsetting your stomach and making it hurt. This can also make you feel like you need to pee or be sick as your body is trying to offload the food/waste.

The autonomic nervous system is divided into Sympathetic division and Parasympathetic division. The Sympathetic division dominates in stress situations; responses prepare the body to meet physical demands. Sympathetic responses increase heart rate, dilate respiratory bronchioles, dilate pupils, decrease salivary secretions, decrease stomach secretions, increase sweat glands secretions among others.

Because of all the tension and stress, basically all the muscles in your body can become affected, so, if you feel upset or scared, your muscles, including your stomach muscles. get tensed up and sometimes even spasm. Calm breathing can apparently help.

this is coused by stress the brain gets so worked up trying to manage your body and then you get into an unhelthy situation it is too hard for it too cope the stomch thing is also a warning to get out of that situation and also the blood that goes to your stomach is re-routed to other more vital areas of your body

Because when you are stressed your heart rate goes up. This in turn also speeds up other bodily functions, including your gastrointestinal system. You may get extra acid in your stomach as a result, causing discomfort.

Well, your body puts out chemicals when you are stressed out or afraid etc. They make your stomach acid start flowing.
