I'm trying to keep a secret that my sister is going to keep her dog. She gave it to her aunt because she thought that Coda would feel better there, but her aunt is giving Coda back! How am I going to make it a suprise?! I've only got 2 weeks so HELP!

To keep it a surprise from her....don't tell her! Don't even mention it. Pretend that it's not even going to happen.
Also tell your aunt not to mention anything...that you're trying to surprise your sister.
Always remember, you're trying to give your sister that big surprise in 2 weeks.....don't ruin it! You CAN keep the secret!
I have a similar situation where I bought my wife a present that will arrive in 1 week. I want to tell her so bad, but I know that will ruin the surprise! I just don't talk about it.

This answer writes itself. All you have to do to make it a surprise is to not say anything. Then, when Coda comes back, your sis will be way surprised.
So the bulk of this one is on you. You'll probably want to say something, but pinch yourself every time you get ready to. You'll be black and blue, but Sis and Coda will be happy.

Put Coda in a box with holes and put a bow on it and have a card that said i missed you from coda!
