The pope is a man just like the rest of us appointed by men of the Catholic faith. It does not mean that other Catholics or Christians are not as holy. We are ALL children of God and we are all called to Love one another like God has loved us. WE are called to Love and not hate. You may disagree with that man, but to hate him is not what God wants.

I hate the Pope. Wholeheartedly, gut-wrenchingly hate him. I hate him for sitting around in his white frock, luxuriating in the infinite wealth of the Vatican and who’s got the gumption not only to wear red Prada loafers but to raise his hemline in order to flaunt them to the world. And I pretty much hate, by extension, the Roman Catholics whose devotion permits his tyranny to thrive.

I don't hate him, I'm not Catholic so I don't have to follow him. Ive heard he was involved in the Nazi occupation against the Jews.
