Excersising increases the blood flow to your head, promoting circulation to your scalp. This results in a faster growing process. Excersising and sweating also gets rid of the toxins that were in your pores and makes it easier for your hair to grow. It's proven that your hair grows quicker in the summer, and I think that it's because of the sweat and heat.

Sweating in your hair will probably make it a little healthier because of the oils but it wont make your hair grow any faster. Your hair follicals are in your scalp so to make the hair grow faster you just need treat from within, eat right and stay healthy! Taking vitamin B will also help.

Unfortunately hair will NOT grow faster from exercising. Hair grows on an average rate, no matter what you do, ans some of us have a slower/higher rate. There is nothing you can do but to be patient and not to trim too much of split ends(about every 6-8 weeks).

It would not make your hair grow faster.Sweating increases the amount of fat you burn. All sweating will do is make your hair greasy. If you want your hair to grow faster, then try cutting the very tips of your hair because this gets rid of the dead parts of your hair and encourage your hair to grow.
