If you have a strong suspicion, confront him. If like most men, he will deny it....but think about it...if you think he is cheating on you, why would you want to put yourself through those insecurties?
If you really are sure he is with someone else, then I would leave him. But if the cheating signs are something small...and you trust your man when he says he isnt, maybe your just over analyzing the situation. It all depends.

My advise to you is to keep a close eye on him until you get a proof that he is really cheating on you. when you are sure of that, face hime red handed and ask for explanations just to make him feel guilty fro his crime. Then I advise you to leave him go, you don't want to trouble yourself and mind. Remeber that emotional suffering is more serious than physical suffering. So be strong and save youself the suffering and the pain.
