Pro-ana websites are websites that offer a positive approach to anorexia. Excellent, I hear you cry. Not so, by positive, I mean they promote being anorexic and some offer advice on how to remain anorexic. These websites are about one the most indecent things you can find on the internet. They are easy to find using a search engine. Terrifyingly easy, in fact. But don't bother, they are as bad as I am saying, you don't need to look.
Such websites prey on vulnerable people who are mentally ill and do not have the faculties to look at them objectively. They are the defintion of evil.

However, I very much hope you're looking for these out of couriosity, or to understand how people who are anorexic thing, or stuff, rather than because you're trying to intentionally starve yourself. Why would you want to go to websites that encourage little girls to kill them selves by starvation.? Anybody that has one should be locked up for attempted murder.
