What type of drink are you getting? It's about 600 calories for a Double Gulp according to a WW site. Probably way too much sugar that you need in a week.

Filled with Coke, roughly one cup of sugar, which is about 800 calories.
Filled with water, none! So, the amount of sugar in a Double Gulp can vary quite drastically!

depends on what you put in it. decide what you're gonna fill it with, figure out the volume of liquid that's going in... volume - ice. and then take a look at a can of the stuff you're putting in
