I read an article once that said that NASA rated them as the most efficient system of excercise of all. It said that all of your body is excercised and that it is very good for circulation, lymphatic movement etc. What do you think? What do you feel? Thanks

They're very good - I've even tried them myself and plan on getting one. The rebounding flushes your lymphatic system which eliminates toxins and prevents cancer. It's also an effective cardiovascular exercise that makes you feel good.

they are very good for get exercise, but you get tried very quickly. Kids love them too, if you have kids they will love to jump on them. They also are a cheaper way to get exercise without having to spend a lot for all that equipment. I think they only cost around $25-30.

Yeah... as long as you are moving and getting your heart rate going. Just don't lock your knees or you will have some problems.

Sure, anything that makes us exercise is good. It has to be fun too, so if you like it go for it!
