I often find myself hunching my shoulders, and when I realize it, I straighten out....but then I forget and get all slouchy again. Does anyone have any suggestions so I can improve my posture now so I don't have major problems in the future?

Sit on a gravity ball instead of a chair. It forces you to sit up straight!

Just keep reminding yourself when you realize it. I'm the same way. I always notice myself slumping and straighten up as soon as I catch it. Try to remember to walk straight too!
