Theres this guy i like and he says that he likes me. But whenever i call him he never really answers because he says he's always busy, which is true. But he never calls me back and when we get off the phone he says,"can you call me back later?"...but im the one always calling him. So does that mean he's not really interested anymore?

Don't call him for a couple days, see what happens. No phone call from him=no interest...

If he were interested, he'd make an effort to contact you. Let it go...if you hear from him great, if not then understand that he apparently didn't feel the two of you were a good match after all.

find someone else. people need to make time for eachother.a relationship is a multi laned road. you have to give and take. Giving is always good, just to an extent. unless both parties give equally.

ya I agree with gokart here, if he really likes talking to you and interested, he will call back within a week, if not, move on.

He's just not that in to you and can't tell you it directly. Give up on him until or unless he calls you next.
