You might find somebody to role play this with you, but you would have to be in a really solid relationship with a lot of trust. Don't just spring this on a new relationship as I think you might scare the woman off. What does this role play do for you and why is it so compelling. Maybe some therapy might help.

Depends on the woman - your best bet is trading fantasies. Ask what her fantasies are, and share a couple of yours. If you bring it up and she thinks it would be hot, or if hers are similar, go for it.
If it REALLY turns you on and she seems kinda blah about it (but not totally freaked) - offer to fulfill one of hers if she does this one for you.
