It's ILLEGAL...and the gov doesn't do anything about it! WHY aren't we deporting people?
I mean seriously...the illegals DON'T PAY ANY TAXES! YOUR TAX MONEY pays for their education, medical bills, insurance, EVERYTHING. Even Welfare benefits! AND THEY DON'T PAY ANY TAXES!
The money that I spend HOURS and WEEKS working for....and like SO MUCH PERCENT OF IT goes to pay for their crap! IT'S JUST NOT FAIR!
AND on top of that...most of them don't learn ENGLISH...they lower property value...and they don't learn the American Culture. Many of them don't have American values...they have NO respect for ANYTHING.

the illegals depress the U.S. wage scale by 8% so if someone is making 10 dollars an hour the illegals are taking .80 cents an hour, $6.40 a 8 hr. day, $32.00 a 5 day week $1,664.00 a year out of that persons pocket.if the illegals weren't here you wouldn't have that drunken tub of crap Ted Kennedy standing on the senate floor screaming that we have to raise the minimum wage.

I think that illegal IMMIGRATION is a seriously growing problem all over the world, and just adds to the threat of terrorism. I think that we have a right to protect what is ours, and that includes our borders--so let's do it.
I am glad to hear that Mexicans have done something for themselves in their OWN country, and elected a new president finally. Now they won't have that tyrant as an excuse to have to jump the fence.

WE have quoted people that have the answers and good answers to this problem, But Bush won't enforce the laws of the land, and the American people are not responsible for everyone that wants to come here, and they have no right to break the laws of a sovereign nation and get away with it. Round them up and deport. they are taking what use to be good paying jobs from us, because they will do them cheaper, and it will destroy our country.

I think it is a vastly more complicated problem than the average American understands, I think a simple "close the borders" approach won't work, and that no good answers are going to come from an on-line q&a board.

As I have said in numerous other posts these criminals are a threat to national security and should be stopped once and for all and the ones here need to be booted out. We need to put armed US troops along the border

In most countries that allow immigration there is a correct procedure to follow. If you do not come up to expectations for any reason you should be refused. Those who try to jump the queue should be re patriated to their place of departure.

We must stop illegal immigration. I am a native American, so I know what happens when uninvited immigrants invade a country, refuse to learn the language, take resources that do not belong to them, and refuse to assimilate!!!!

We need to close the borders, send all the illegals back to thier home country which ever it might be, uphold our laws and not give in to threats or manipulation.
