You've got to love their arrogance. Chancellor Gorkon, who is widely credited with the beginnings of the alliance between the Klingons and the Federation, says to Kirk, "You have never experienced Shakespeare until you have read him in the original Klingon."

Of course, Spock also said in the same movie: "There's an old Vulcan proverb: Only Nixon could go to China."
