coin largere then a 50 cent peice , possibly copper with a picture of an egale holding up a child on the front with children' year. April 6ht 1918 - april 6th 1919. On the back it says children's bureau united staes departyment of labor and women's committee council of national defense

If it is in super shape, you may really have something. It's definitely a commemorative coin. Don't sell it until you know what it is and what it might be worth. I suggest you try to find a board that caters to coin collectors even before you consider an appraisal. If you do get an appraisal, just get the appraisal, make sure the appraiser understands you don't want to sell it. That way you may get an honest appraisal. You may not but your chances are better.

it sounds like a commemorative coin made for an organization, probably has no coin value but still may be valuable
