If you mean real cotton candy like you'd get at the fair, isn't that just spun sugar? Do they really even HAVE recipes for that? If you think they do, please check out www.cooks.com; they seem to have fun recipes for nearly everything. You could also use a regular search engine (like Google or Wikipedia) to look up the process by which cotton candy is made. Then you'd know for sure if there is even any such thing as a recipe for it, or if you need to be looking for the special equipment required for making it instead.
