Stay in the Word and it isn't a problem. Pray everyday. If God says that we can move mountains with just a pinch of faith, we should be able to keep those urges at bay without any difficulty.

Learn Romans ch 6 by heart. Every time you are temped, then recite ch 6. By the time you finish, the temptation is gone. If you see something that tempts you don't look at it. If it is something on TV-turn it off, if you are out and see a pretty girl, don't look. You can get through it.
You don't need practice to be good.

If you walk in the Spirit you don't fulfill the Lusts of the Flesh. I also stay away from sexual material such as today"s movies, today"s music, etc. I also stay away from temptation. I just very seldom think about it.! Someday God will reward me, because of my obediance, with the right person for me whom he wants me to marry, even if I am middle age! lol.
As far as "practice?" I have been married and I have a past that I'd rather forget. Thank God it's under the Blood of Christ--Forgiven!
Besides, God created sex (for marriage) and I have never heard of a married couple, who putting God first in their marriage, needed sex therapy.

God intends for us to marry in our youth (not 14 -lol, but not wait until we have a big house, cool car, and grey hair). Not many people have the strength to be celibate for 20 years, so waiting to get married until your mid 30's is a bit self defeating. Also it is difficult with the way we walk around half dressed these days. I imagine it is difficult for minds to stay pure. If you want advice, I'd suggest occupying yourself with other things. And look for a wife.

I don't keep my sexual urges at bay. My husband and I practice often.

try not to put yourself in places where you might be tempted.

trust God that he will give you a partner who will deeply appreciate your devotion to God by being abstinent and will understand your lack of sexual performance and would be willing to learn with you.

In simpler terms, the woman God sends you to marry wont be bothered by your "problem" instead will see it as a testimony of your lifelong commitment to God. She'll love you for it.

and dont worry, after a few times, it'll come natural. Believe me.

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

You get some hobbies, a life, and other things that interest to keep busy. I am raising 2 children, work full time, work part-time at church, have a household to care for, thereforth I have no free time for dating or otherwise.

You do have to rely on God, but you also need to keep yourself out of the situation where those urges are stronger.
