I dream in mostly English & Spanish - sometimes both are spoken in the same dream. It seems it depends on the subject. If I'm dredging up some early childhood stuff, then it's all Spanish. But if I dream about my family as it is now, there's no way to tell what all gets spoken. Hell, once in a while I get some French, or even Vietnamese in there.

I think it depends on how many languages you speak and where you are in your dreams, I mean I speak Spanish, English and French and depending on the situation or the place I speak a different language, nevertheless I must confess I speak more fluently my foreign languages when I am dreaming.

hm... It happens very rarely that I see dreams in my native language..... Usually my dreams are in English, and sometimes in Polish. The funny thing is that even my parents in dreams speak English, though, in reality, they don't speak English :)
