when i get my spousal visa there can i work immediately or do i have to wait?

You have to be veted by the Home Office, then you have to have your relationship checked and scrutinised to make sure its valid. Has this helped?

I think that you are asking when you get your visa because you are married to a UK citizen can you work straight away?
If that is the question, then yes you can work as soon as you get your visa. But it depends on where you live as to wether someone will employ you or not. Best to stay where there are already a lot of immigrants, otherwise there is SO much discrimination it is really hard to find someone who will employ you.
I know this from personal experience.
