About $6,000 to $7,000.
Oh - you wanted to know more things?
Your best bet is to go to:
http://www.fordvehicles.com/cars/mustang/
and check them out. There are 8 versions - deluxe and premium versions for each convertible and hardtop and each of those are available as V6 or GT. They'll give you lots more info than what you'll find on 'answers.'

No foglights on the V6 unless you get the Pony package and they are smaller than on the GT. Also the GT's front fender is rounded on the bottom and the V6 is kindof squared off. The sound of the GT is awsome too. You just can't get that with a V6!
