I do. I never knew it unitl I was put on the med. I had a Dr tell me that I dind't have acid reflux and to stop taking the medicine. So I did and then my stomach started hurting again. I told her that I noticed my stomach hurt more when we had a Dr appt or something, and if I could sit around the house and not do anything I was ok. She gave me Lexapro and I suddenly realized I didn't have to worry about all the "what if's in life"
I used to joke that if I wasn't worried about something, I'd be worried about that. I'd think that I forgot what I was supposed to worry about.

Since then , they have increased the Lexapro 3 x and added Klopopin. I still feel some anxiety. I feel afraid to leave my husband for any kind of time. I can go down town for bread or something, but I won't go for a long walk because I am afraid something will happen to him and I won't be here. (he has many health problems) and I have been told by my Dr and my sisiter -(who is a medical assistant) that this is anxiety.

But the Klonopin does that I am on - it is a very small dose and it helps to control my appetite. I can give it up easier. I used to feel that if was there, I had to eat it. Not any more.

But I still need to go back to the psyciatrist for anxiety aobut leaving my husband.

Generalized anxiety is a big word (generalized) and it might be caused by a rather small problem that affects your entire system. Check the internet: mayoclinic.com in the anxiety section.

I do not personally have it, but I have treated many people who do. It is not an uncommon problem and is very treatable through counseling. I'm sure there is something going on in your life, or those who have, that is the source of anxiety and your reaction to it may be quite normal or was at one time and is now causing problems because it is interferring with other aspects of your life. Find a therapist in your area and seek assistance.

I got anxiety for every situation. In every color plastic or paper.
This how it goes. God Meds Counseling or wait for body mods probably 5 years and anxiety replacement parts. Good Luck.
