there are the usual side effects such as having the runs, gas, headaches are common...but nothing permanent that won't go away if you stop taking it. there has been some talk about NO producing waste by products that may be hard on kidneys....

honestly tho, at 14, you shouldn't be taking NO. if anything, just take whey protein...creatine would be pushing it at 14 years old. anyways, NO is more of giving you that pump than anything else. it doesn't really do that much.

Ok don't consult a healthcare professional. All your doctor will say is it is bad for you and all that stuff which you don't want to hear. I know from experience. He asked how i ate and if i was supplementing and i said 250 g protein 400 some carbs and 80 g fat for diet, but for supplements i said whey protein which got me a weird look and i said creatine which practiacally got me a lecture. Seing how No-xplode contains creatine, arginine, caffine, etc. your doctor would go nuts.

Its safe for you to use if you drink 1.5 to 3 gallons of water a day. If your not you may have liver or kidney problems. Just dreink enough water.

Now about your erm... Genitals. The l-arginine may cause penis enlargement. I've read cause of 3 inch increase and fuller erections. So if you are concered with that, which you prolly arent you'll be fine.

you shouldnt be taking supplements anyway, not even vitamins unless they were reccomended by a doctor, your supposed to be gainig nutritients from your food. the side effects should be on the bottle, right next to the bold lettering that says WARNING or CAUTION. if the side effects arent listed, stop using it NOW! it could be dangerous.
