You can't make your hair grow any more quickly than it does. Sorry. It grows about 1/2 inch per month for most people. What you can do is take care of it so that when it does grow, it doesn't break off and split ... because breakage creates the illusory phenomenon of hair stopping at a certain point and not getting any longer. So, be patient, let it grow, get the bad ends trimmed every six months, and condition with a good conditioner regularly. Intensive or reconstruction conditioners are also good every week or two. The thing with being patient while hair is growing out is just don't pay attention. Usually the anticipation and impatience makes people nuts, and they end up cutting their hair because they can't stand the growing-out stages. Just figure out something else to be "obsessed" about, and let your hair do its thing. Before you know it, it will be longer. My hair is down to my butt--really long--and I grew it out from very, very short. I did all of the things mentioned above, so my advice comes from experience.
