Depending on the length of time you've been relaxing your hair it can change the once natural state of your hair. If you hair was very coarse before, once its natural it will be more manageable. I only relax my hair twice a year....its healthier and longer but remember your original texture of your hair. You are going from one extreme to another so be prepared to cut your hair, or breakage can occur. Moisturize and heat protect you hair.

If you have used relaxers for a long period of time and then decide to stop using them, your hair will start growing back to normal however if it seems extremely brittel and dry that is normal for awhile use conditioners that enhance the moisture in your hair. tre'seme is very good product. I have been relaxing my hair since I was about 5 yrs old that was 21 yrs ago. I let it go without relaxer sometimes just to see. I asked a hair stylist and that is what she told me.

It goes back to it's original state. Often times it does make your hair stronger once the relaxer is completely out. I recommended going w/o the relaxer if you don't mind not having super straight hair. Also if you sweat in your hair you will have a harder time keeping your hair stright w/o a relaxer

I think your hair grows out of the relaxing and sometimes when your hair grows it goes back to your normal hair and it basically dose not look good... it looks like striaght hair and your regular hair put together

It will grow back to a natural state. To me its never the same but some people do it to make the hair strong again.

Your hair will go back to being frizzy/curly. Its a good idea if you want a natural look,or your planning on getting a texturizer or something.

If you're serious about getting the natural hair back, be prepared to cut it. the straight hair. It will eventually be straight and curly and look funky.
