my friend's mom did it and if you eat only what you get from the system you will definitely lose weight, she did. she said the food was alright, but it was the type of food like healthy versions of junk food that tricks ur mind into thinking it had whatever it was craving. i want to do it soon.

i started nutrisystem 3 1/2 weeks ago and have lost 14 lbs! i keep pretty close to the diet and have not yet started exercising. the nutrisystem food has a high protein content, so it's pretty filling. you can have unlimited salad vegetables (lettuce, cucumbers....mostly green veggies,) so if i'm starving i'll have a huge salad! i plan on adding some daily walking, since i'm hitting my first plateau. please make sure you eat the recommended amounts of fruits and veggies, and possibly add a fiber supplement (metamucil, etc.) as (in my opinion) there's insufficient fiber in the eating plan. i'm available for any further questions @ shaynie@aol.com. : )

I was planning of buying too but then i changed my mind. I rather just eat healthy and exercises plus its way to expensive for some food that doesn't even taste all that good. Weight loss is easy IF you stick to your diet and exercises and healthy eating habits. Most ppl want to loose weight but want the easy way out. Which does not exist.----Kimmie :D

I guess it does work if you can handle eating food from a box until you meet your weight loss goal. Some of the food tastes ok, and some of it is just nasty.

It works if you read the fine print. You must stick to the diet AND an exercise program.
There is only one formula to loose weight:
Calories in < Calories used.
If you stick to the diet then you can decrease the calories in.
If you exercise then you can increase the calories used.
The body is reluctant to loose weight, you must WORK (exercise) to loose the weight.

Yes, but its meant for people who are inert. Or people who don't work out normally. So There are better options, but yes it does work.
