buy the childrens ear-planes - they help a lot. In addition have them drink something from a bottle or sippy cup on take off and landing. If their ears won't pop, cup your hands around their ears and suction them on and off until the ears pops.

Do you mean how do I stop my baby from crying when we go up or come down in the plane because of the cabin pressure? If so, try this: make sure you have a full bottle of juice/water that your baby will take and suck on when you're going up/down; This was the only thing that stopped my son from crying because of the pain pressure; An American Airlines Stewardess helped me on this one!
