ok here how.
take a curling iron wait exactly 30 mins for it to really heat up.
1. apply curling actavtor ,take smal sections of hair and curl with iron.
2 do this all around your head.
3. apply hair spray.
hpe i could help. oh yeah dont comb your fingers through your hair or witha comb.

what i would do is print out the page and go to a salon and say i want it like that!!! Usually if a salon is reasonable and you don't want extensions then it shouldn't be ofver sixty dollars!! hope that helps!!
