This is something that the soldiers have been saying all along.
We are winning the war - but the news media is presenting a false picture of what is going on over there.
The only way we can lose over there is for the US Soldier to be (again) betrayed by the news media and the American people.

It is absolutely correct. This whole comparison of Iraq to Vietnam is absurd until you get down to politics. Two totally different circumstances, with one common thread, a communist supported liberal news media, liberal bandwagon democrat politicians, and an ungrateful and ignorant public can destroy everything that these men have fought so hard for. In addition to encouraging the cut and run politicians, the left might as well be sending care packages and love letters to our enermies as far as the effect it has on spurring them on.

During WW2, if some of the meda had printed negative coverage, advertisements would have been cancelled. In this area of western Kentucky, we support our troops. One of my friends is serving in Iraq, and has stated they appreciate our support. God bless our troops!

although i am not supporting the war i definately support the troops and i believe that the media doesn't give enough positive coverage but there are and hopefully people understand that there is good being done in iraq.
