Sure our God could worship another god, that created him. And that god worships another god and so on ad infinitum. Like my poem? Maybe God is an atheist...he just doesn't believe in himself (he has low self esteem thats why he needs worshipers) Seriously though, remember that according to Descarte your own existance is the one truth of which you can be assured. So if God exists and is a thinking thing then He is certain of His own existance.

That's just silly. Nobody could ever create himself. And if God had been created by anything, He wouldn't be God. The whole philosophical meaning of saying "there is a God" is saying there is one eternal thing that is the cause of all other things. Athiests must either say there is an infinite chain of causes and effects, which makes no sense, or that the beginning of things had no cause whatsoever. Even if you didn't have a religion it makes more sense to think there is some sort of eternal first principle that causes all other things to come into being than to think that all existing things have no ultimate reason for being at all.

G-d is.
Why do people obsess over how G-d came to be. How did the universe come to be? Big Bang? Sure. I believe it, but who put all of the necessary elements there that culminated into such an event? Do you believe that they came from no where? Or did G-d put them there. If they came from no where, then why cannot people think that G-d did?
I see your point. I used to be very much an atheist. But that question you press goes both ways. And people who's faith will be shaken, the will lose it. People who firmly believe, will always be so. The question poses thought, a great deal, and for those who believe truly, the answer is unfathomable. It simply is. To guess and answer other than "He is" is just that, a guess.

right the bible does not say god created himself but it does say that he is self-existance john 5:26. GOD is the absolute source of all life and being He is not one in a series of emanations as some have mistakenly taught . He is the eternal living GOD, creator of all beings that have ever excisted: and He is before all things, by Him all things consist. col 1:17 GOD is not dependent for being or essence upon any source outside Himself, thus he is Self-excistant. He is the beginning and the end the alpha and the omega revelation 22:13.

Oh, there's a ton of things we don't know and won't understand here on this earth. I think there *might* be other Gods of other worlds (other planets) and we're here to serve *our* God (not other worlds' gods). If there is life out there, I think they might have their own god(s).
These are my own thoughts and musings. Nothing in the Bible supports this. (Actually, it's the lack of what's in the Bible that supports this. But there's a lot that's not in the Bible.)
And God couldn't be an Atheist, because then he couldn't believe in himself. (I found that question kinda funny, so maybe it's not asked correctly.)

God was never born so he will nevr die. Because he was never born he has no parents. He is nothing like his creation i.e. He has no need to worship. He is the highest. He will never bear children, he will make creations but none will be his relatives. He will never age so he doesn't need an heir or a child to take care of him in his old age.
Atheist's like to belive in logic. And yet God has created everything in logic. God is logic. It's just that when we see something that hurts are faith or our way of life we look away. And not belive in it, even if it is logical.

A god could worship a God. God believes in himself so he cannot be an atheist. But God is all powerful so he can do anything. Therefore he can be an atheist, and not believe in himself, which would make him disappear.

1 God has, is, and will always be (no creator). 2 God knows all; He does not just believe, so He could not be an atheist. 3 Why do you question Christians (If your belief is right you shouldn't worry about being wrong, so you do not need to fight Christians)? Just incase you try to reverse it on me I will say that in our belief (I am a Christian) God tells us to tell everyone about the "Good News" so that everyone can see the truth.
