Eat eat and eat! There is no secret about gaining weight, the answer lies in what you are eating and how much!

Your food should be high in carbs and proteins and try to shoot for shoot for 3,000 to 4,000 calories per day by eating 6 small size meals a day, about 500 calories per meal. Even add a little more fat to your diet!

Weight gain milkshakes are good. Improve the flavour and add some more calories to them by including ice cream, yoghurt or peanut butter.

My inspiration went from a very small 135 pounds to a massive 250 pounds of muscle within two years

P.S. Some of the advice given is wrong! DON'T JUST EAT MORE PROTEIN! Big big mistake. You will lose weight that way! Remember the Atkins Diet. Protein takes a lot of energy to break down and if you don't eat enough carbs to support this increase in protein, you will very quickly start to lose weight and feel tired and run down!

NB: Eating big is hard and time consuming, painful even! Especially if you planning on getting very big!

Become an American. 60% of the people here are porkers. they do it with pasta, pizza, milkshakes, french fies(just about anything fried)and being lazy. they will get out of anything physical if there is a machine or tool to do it for them. Maybe one day we Americans will even have something to wipe our own butts at the push of a button. Oh, do not forget the Krispy Cream donuts each morning with the Starbucks Strawberry Mocha latte. That is good for a whopping 400 + calories alone.

Some people might find you lucky, people who are trying to lose wieght. Just eat a lot of protien. It will probably make you gain wieght more than other things and it is still quite healthy so it won't cause health problems when your older.

I assume you have tried eating more. Have to tried resetting your system with a fast? Go on a 48 hour long fast, with water only. That should trick your body into believing it's starving to death, and when you start eating again you should gain weight.

eat a lot of skippy natural peanut butter (no trans fat) and oatmeal. also try making yourself milkshakes everyday or drinking instant breakfast with 2% milk.

get some goats milk from the store (its high in fat and not 2 bad if you mix it with chocolate milk)

I had my kids on it cause they were so small
now they are of average weight

umm eat more foods with complex carbs like pasta and stuff for energy and then just eat food with more fat or just eat more of what you are already eating
