Your death rates news on the 6th page. Sorry you hard fighting Marine/Army men. You don't rate much. No one here in the states ( Outside family) cares about your sweat in Iraq. No one talks about it in the bars where the young people hang out. I, as a man who spent time in the military, will say I am sorry about the lies you were fed. You died for nothing. I am truly sorry you had to die. I would bet you had a lot to offer this country after you departed the military. Now I'm sure you have a lot to offer in heaven. Best to you.

In my work place you never, ever, ever hear people talking about Iraq or soldier deaths. I bet the Marine or soldier will have a lot more people remembering them then you will. At least they are trying to make a differance in this world. They and myself included will proudly give our live sor something we believe in. If you had any security clearance you could see that what you think was a lie is really true. I wish I could go into details to make people like you keep their mouth shut but then I am serving so you can open it and put your foot in it. Thanks for nothing. Oh, it was so nice of you to show so much respect for his family. What, 2 words? But what do you care, your not them. Oh, and you left out his friends and comrades who fought beside him and are still alive. You say No One here in the U.S. cares. Who gave you the right to speak for us. People gather at the memorials all the time to reflect on those who gave their lives. Why don't you talk to a dead WWII veteran and see what he has to say about you not having to speak German or Japanese now. I'm more ashamed that YOU served for us than any deceased vet.

You are cold and nasty. I too have a DD-214. When I went to the Viet Nam memorial, I cried. I saw the names of all who died. And the gifts for them.
People care and if it was not for people who died, you could not be writing the crap that you write.

All you care about is making Bush and the war look bad, you don't care about the soldiers!!! If you did you would be doing something useful(i.e. helping the familys of soldiers over seas.) but NO your sitting infront of the computer acting like you care about the soldier, even tho most of us know you don't!Isn't it a little embarrassing to you that people over there aren't as negative about the war as you are????? And soldiers are never forgotten, at least by most people, The people over there died doing what they wanted to do, serve there country.
