Did u mean defecating. Yes, vomiting and urinating, sneezing everything is a proof that God loves u and the snail too. Body creates toxins and to remove them all the acts are necessary. Premature ejaculation is due to lack of self control and it can be seen as an opportunity to strengthen your self or cry. Its a choice. What takes birth dies, if the snail has go by your stepping, then it will.
And every question is a question, nothing good or bad.

All sarcasm put to side - yes.
B/c if you never vomitted when your body wasn't well, then all of that acid would remain inside, and it's bad for you - same with urinating, etc. b/c if that liquid or (whatever else) was to stay in your body, it would cause harm to you - through infections, or in other ways.
Sneezing - yes. Sneezing actually helps release vapours in your head that if they weren't released, you would end up with headaches and other problems. That is one reason we say "Praise be to Allah" when we sneeze - to thank Him for that.
As for fighting and stepping on a snail - those don't reeeally go with the rest of them, b/c the other things are part of your NATURAL human cycle. Fighting is a choice, and stepping on a snail could be a choice or an accident - in which I don't really know how that would relate to your question. :) Hope that helps.

First of all, don't be sarcastic. Sneezing and vomiting are both signs that your body is trying to get rid of germs in your body, so right there that is a miracle already. God could just not give you any imune system at all and you'd be sick all the time, but BECAUSE HE LOVES YOU he wanted you to be healthy and feel good.
And don't you know, God placed challenges in your life to make you stonger and more dependable on him. BECAUSE HE LOVES YOU, and wants you to be in Heavan with him.

OMG YES. If you weren't able to vomit, you'd be keeping poisonous and bad things for you down in your stomach and your body would have to fight much much harder to keep well. Defecating? duh, if you couldn't do that, your body would poison itself with waste products. Sneezing, another way to get out inflammatory and allergy causing things from your nose (another reason we have nose hairs, along with keeping the air warm). Premature ejaculation, that's just because your immature and afraid of women, same for the last two items.
