slightly. eat more fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water.
Esp. drink one tall ice water before each meal. It will supress your appetite.

on average if you are 5 feet you should be approx 100 pounds. you should be about 5 pounds for every additional inch.

you should be around 125, doctors suggest about 5% more to remain healthy (about 131) if you were to be 20-29% you are considered overweight (150-161), when you reach 30% (162-or more) more than what is suggested you are considered obese.

you are under weight by about 22%, i think under certain diagnostic evaluation you may be considered anorexic.

to burn lose weight you would need to burn EXCESS calories. lets say your everyday normal activity (usually) burns around 1000 calories. if you are taking in 1800 a day you would need to burn 800 just to maintain weight, anything you burn over that would be EXCESS...thus you lose weight.

yes...please try to lose weight. based on your height and assuming you are female, i think u should weigh somewhere between 125-155 pounds.
there's no shortcut around losing weight. the best results are from constantly watching what u eat and exercising. even surgery (liposuction) does not provide the health benefits that your body would get from just losing weight from dieting and excercise. ask your doctor or someone in the health care profession to guide you in what you should eat. also learn to read labels on food products.
