Are you nuts? No, this is a skinny but borderline healthy weight for a small boned person of your height. You say you're large boned, so you're probably under weight. It sounds like you have a distorted body image and maybe an eating disorder. Please talk to a doctor about this because eating disorders are potentially deadly!

Doesnt sound bad to me. Just what the heck is large boned? I've been an EMT for 17 years and I never heard of large boned. As for your feeling fat you might want to talk with some friends and believe them when they tell you that you look fine. If you cant accept that you may want to talk to a psyc re eating disorder.

on average if you are 5 feet you should be approx 100 pounds. you should be about 5 pounds for every additional inch.

you should be around 125, doctors suggest about 5% more to remain healthy (about 131) if you were to be 20-29% you are considered overweight (150-161), when you reach 30% (162-or more) more than what is suggested you are considered obese.

you are under weight by about 22%, i think under certain diagnostic evaluation you may be considered anorexic

You are totally normal! I'm 5'5" too and I'm 125 pounds with a small frame. We are not fat! I feel fat sometimes too, but I think it's just how we see ourselves, not we really are.

Your perfect, if your not happy with your shape, get to the gym more often and try some weight lifting as well. You'll like what you see in the mirror.
