Depending on her height, mathematically she could be. But I wouldn't worry about it unless she's continually gaining weight. I weighed 130 from 13 to 18 and didn't gain another ounce until my college roommates put me through hell. I'm now nearly 25...

It depends on her height, she prolly weights that much because is a bit tall. I've always heard that the taller a person is, the more he or she may weigh.

Yeah, we can't say unless we know her height. If she's like 5'2 or 5"3 she might be a little chubby, but if she's 5'8"+ it's fine.
