What would the laws of a Christian Government be?

Question

various religions have laws that dictate the actions of their followers and the political structure of their govenments.

Jews have Halakha/ Talmudic law

Muslims have Sharia law

and even HIndus have a religious law system

what is the legal system for a Christian Goverment? What is it called?

please no answers like peace and brotherly love or perfection those are abstact concepts I am talking a set legal system

if we are talking about the USA, a Christian Theocracy would look something like this: The Union would probably resemble something like he government in modern day Iran, except the clergy would be filled with white anglo-saxon protestant die-hard fanatics.

Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses would be treated (or I should say mis-treated) alot like the Baha'is are mistreated in present day Iran. Jews would probably be tolerated, but unlikely to be able to vote, Muslims, Buddhists and Hindus would endure heavy persecution, if not expelled, Athiests & Free thinking Deists would be heavily "encouraged" to be baptised into one of the Protestant denominations, Catholics + Eastern Orthodox Christians would be tolerated, and would have full rights as ordinary citizens, however the number of seats they can hold in Congress or the Senate would be limited, and they'll be a law saying that the President MUST be a member of one of the approved and recognized Protestant denominations, so hence a Catholic or Eastern Orthodox can never be President (unless he becomes Protestant).

Everything will be closed on Sundays, (even TV will be banned on Sundays).
They'll be a seperate arm of the Police force which will operate as a religious police, which will become known as "Morality Enforcement" who will ensure "crimes" like adultery, homosexuality, sex outside of marriage, Free thought, skimpy dresses, ETC ETC are dealt with.

Alcohol would be banned, Abortion would be illegal, all forms of birth control would probably be illegal or highly regulated given the Protestants would have to give and take on some laws to keep the Catholics happy, Public prayer before ball games or any important functions would be compulsory,

Homosexuals, Prostitutes, Drug Users, Drug Dealers, Communists, Scientologists, Satanists, Klansmen, Gang Members, aswell as Wiccans and other Pagans would be executed (no offence guys, I am only giving a description).

The New Age movement would be banned

Hollywood would be censored by a religous panel made up of white anglo-saxon protestant clergy, and the Internet would surely face strict regulation and censorship. Magazines like Playboy would be banned, Hugh Hefner would prabably be executed, along with with other "agents of Satan", There would be public book burning, to destroy all Non-Christian books

Womens Rights will take a HUGE step backwards

The Bible would be used as the final authority in all decisions made by the high court

There'd no longer be called a "War on Terror" it will be called "The American Crusade" or "War on Islam"

And of course they will teach Creation in schools and any talk of Evolution would be considered blasphemous, Religion Education would be compulsory at all public schools.

They (the Government) will talk so much about freedom, but freedom will NOT exist

The world will be a VERY SCARY place to live in, The Union would be a giant police state like the world has never seen before, and to think this is how they live in so many countries in the world...I think so many Americans would head for Australia or New Zealand as refugees.

But the real question is, does any of this actually have anything to do with the teaching of Jesus??

The constutution of the USA and Bill of rights and amendments and all the federal regs that go with it is the perfect set of laws for the Christian religion. They need it or else they will kill all non-Christians as they have done so many times in past. laws are intended to limit and regulate, not espouse a philosophy but restrain man's impulses so mankind can survive in freedom. USA is best place so far to do that.

Pretty much like the US was about 25 years ago.. There is no name for christian law, not the ten commandments, but we are not under the Old Testament law ...
