A rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a nearly continuous spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the Sun shines onto droplets of moisture in the Earth's atmosphere. So, if those conditions happen at the same time Florida gets flooded from the melting poles (which is quite unlikely to happen during your lifetime) Then you'll have your rainbows.
Why do you hate Florida? it is a wonderful place. Is it because of the old people? or the electoral fraud? None of those are the fault of the people of that state.

Why do you want to know? The rainbow always comes when light refracts through water so if there is a haze or rain then yes. If you are trying to Imply that the Flooding of Florida means that God has Breached the contract of Genesis then I suggest you re read That passage All God says there is the Rainbow will be a sign of his pledge not to destroy the WHOLE WORLD by flood again. The pledge does NOT say he wouldn't destroy parts of it via Flood as a matter of fact latter in Revelations a large portion of the world is destroyed by flood but NOT ALL. So the rainbow will come when it comes to remind people that when we are concerned that ALL the earth might be destroyed we can be assured that Flooding will not be the way of that destruction.

Hmmm I sit here and shake my head. It never ceases to amaze me how most people who are on here asking questions about things they should inheirantly know if they are reading their bible and paying attention. Did not god promise to never again flood the earth like he did with noah and that bloody ark? But all of that aside look around you. Were there rainbows after the Tsunami that wiped out countless thousands of peoples lives? Were there rainbows after Katrina ripped apart more homes and took more lives? Rainbows are a part of daily existance in our times I dont honestly have the opinion that hes going to do anything special for florida when and if the poles melt. And since your probably going to be long dead should that ever happen I wouldnt worry about it you arent going to be around to see it.

I tried playing with my avatar to get it to look like yours, but on the Y! page where you adjust the avatar, I couldn't find anything that makes the effect that yours has. Then I came to the conclusion that you must have saved the avatar picture and used some sort of program like Paint or whatever to get the avatar to look like that.
