Been there - am there - some of us are genetically predisposed to fight depression our whole lives. I've tried meds and they work for some people. It is important to determine how serious your symptoms are and seek a professional. I've done that too. Please please call a mental health professional - especially if you are having thoughts of suicide. That is a symptom that your brain's chemistry needs help! IT IS A DISEASE.
If you are just having a blue day, then consider the calendar. It is common for women to feel blue a week before their periods. It will pass! Yay!
One of the best best best ways to get over this feeling is to get some exercise. Exercise produces endorphins that can really give you a natural boost. So - get out there and walk the dog, or do any type of exercise that you enjoy! Good luck

it would nicely be that you will need the meds. you've a chemical imbalance. Thats what the meds are for. besides the undeniable fact that it would nicely be because of the very incontrovertible reality that you do not have a needed different. i trust that way plenty myself. i'm all on my own without acquaintances the position I stay. And there are days even as i don't sense like doing something yet laying contained in the mattress. i flow to varsity complete time so thats between the flaws that i look ahead to. Do you quite in many circumstances sense unhappy no remember what? if so, i advise you be conscious a psychiatrist and they are going to be able which could help you out, in spite of in case you don't desire meds. i have finished it for years and trust me, it helps.

You really don't know why you are depressed? Is there a specific person or something you are feeling like you are missing in your life? There has to be a reason. Maybe it is just a chemical imbalance, in that case you will have to take meds, whether you want to or not..

Okay. There are doctors out there, that talk to you and get to the root of the problem, INSTEAD of writing you a prescription.Go to a psychiolgist or a counselor, that is well known in your town.Find one that will set up counseling sessions, instead of meds. You may just need to talk with someone in this field.Good luck.
