i have a crush on this guy and when we see each other we will give each other eye contact but won't say anything this has been going on for a month and it's driving me crazy because people notice how we look at each other when i see him my heart starts pounding to hard to where i get scared to talk to him...when he sees me he just looks real fast and turn away or he will give that long look in my eyes and not say anything we work in the same area we work where there is recriut training ...he's a drill instructor and it's soooo busy so when we do bump into each other one of us are busy doing something,,,this is sooo frustrating i need some advice please....does it seem like he's interested?...some of my coworkers said they will help me but that makes me feel like a little girl i'm not comfortable with that but they want us to stop being sooo shy and get something started....it's crazy i really don't know how to handle this..please i need advice so i can have a peace of mind...

Well you can tell he's interested by the way he looks at you. That much is certain. But if he hasn't made a move yet, then he's not ready.
Look dear, either he's ready to make a move or he's not; here are your options.
If he's not ready, then don't worry about it.
If he is then he's either waiting to make a move, in which case you can rest at ease, OR he's waiting for you to make the move (which means he's not ready)
You should never have to make the first move-- you're in the greatest position of all-- you need only chill and wait.
If you're impatient or would like to help him along, write your number on a slip of paper and slip it to him as discretely as possible. Give him a week--if he doesn't call then no further worry is necessary and he's simply not ready yet.

If you are in the Military service going thru Basic Training - Forgetabout it! You are under too much stress to get personal and it could ruin your future in the service. If you are in a different career where he is NOT in your chain of command then just drop a hint where he could meet you away from work - "I'm having dinner at ... why don't you join me if you have time" use a public location so you can TALK first - don't let the animal magnetism take over. You could be very sorry. Been there.

i think you know what to do but your just to scared to do it. take him to the side and talk to him about something, ask him to help you with something really quick, or eventually by saying hi you can lead to hey, how are you? which leads to longer conversation. or you could have your friends say something to the guy for you. be creative but don't be overbearing...good luck and do what your heart tells you to. :)

try sending him a card.not a mushy one more like have a nice day.cant get in trouble for that(be careful of harrassment rules).see what happens. he may be worried about how to approach you without getting into trouble.good luck with your yummy soldier!
