Yes. Teenagers should not exercise for more than 2 hours a day because their bodies are growing. I understand that you want to lose weight, and that is a very good thing, but there IS such a thing called exercising anorexia and you might get there. Exercising too much will make you so weak that you cannot exercise anymore. Do not even exercise 3 to 4 hours every OTHER day! Remember - all is good in moderation!
And best wishes to you!

yes, i think its important you find your own routine... i personally have lost 40 lbs by exercising 1 to 1-1/2 hours a day, everyday except Sunday. i also watch what i eat and use a 1500 calorie menu. i cheat on Saturdays in moderation. everyone's body is different, but 3-4 hours is alot everyday. maybe try 2 hours a day and on tues and thurs do weights. make sure you change up your work outs so u dont get bored and your body doesnt get use to the same routine. good luck...

At your age, yes.
You can still get an awesome workout in 60 - 90 minutes each day. Look into Jazzercize classes and spend more time walking. I have lost 100 pounds in the past year doing just that - and eliminating fast food from my diet. Also, remember not to eat within 3 hours before going to bed!
Good luck - YOU CAN DO IT!

it depends on what your doing. I hate to say it because most kids on here are thinking they are overweight at 120 pounds but 14 pounds and 200 is not heathly. You really need to cut your calorie intake with lots of healthy foods, stop drinking sodas, sweets and do some cardio and some weights. Don't push to hard...you are carrying a lot of extra weight and that can put strain on your heart. But keep with it and you will see results.

I am very proud of you doing this on your own...just listen to your body. You will understand more even keep a journal of how certain foods affect you and exercises. Good luck!

It really depend upon the exerise that you are doing.

Walking 2 hours than 1 hour of Yoga and than 40 min of weights is okay. Just rotate the area that you focus on with the weights.

2 to 3 times a week is good maybe space it out every other day, rest on weekends, do you work out 3 to 4hrs straight if so maybe cut back a little, snack healthy, don't eat dinner after 7pm but you can snack on a fruit of yogurt, some cardio is good with a little light weigth training, this will pull your muscle and skin together
