A lot of their seats do have this service, but I've found that they're mostly available on their long-haul fleet (757s, 767s, and 777s). If I were you, I would still double-check ahead of time (with a Delta representative) to confirm that your seat will have an available (and operating!) plug for use. Happy flying!

What do you mean by hook-ups? Do you mean can Delta hook you up with a lap top (as in provide you with one)?

This list is from a Delta web site of items you may use sometimes on a DELTA FLIGHT:

Devices You Can Sometimes Use
You can only use these devices while the plane is at the gate with the doors open or after the plane has landed and is taxiing to the gate.

cellular phones
one and two-way pagers
You can use the following devices while the plane is at the gate with the doors open, after the plane has taken off and reached its cruising altitude and before it begins to descend for landing.

Personal computers
Personal computer peripheral devices
Compact disc players
Digital cassette tape player/recorders
Video recorder/playback systems
Calculators
You can use these while the plane is at the gate with the doors open, after the plane has taken off and reached its cruising altitude and before it begins to descend for landing, and after the plane has landed and is taxiing to the gate.

Personal digital assistants
Personal computer games
GPS (global positioning satellite) systems
Your flight attendant will announce when it is safe to use these devices.

Connectivity
Get more accomplished with your laptop by using Delta's battery-saving EmPower™ system. Outlets are available in BusinessElite and all classes of service on 777, 737-800, and 767-400 aircraft.

Adapters
An affordable, small, lightweight adapter makes it safe and easy to plug virtually any notebook computer into an in-seat power supply available on major airlines. It often includes an adapter for a standard car cigarette lighter and allows the user to conveniently recharge most notebook batteries during travel.

Purchasing an Adapter
When purchasing an adapter for your next Delta flight, check for compatibility with the EmPower system and your personal notebook brand. Adapters are available at many computer accessory retail stores, online, and for sale on international flights to Brazil, Chile, Europe, India, and Japan through Delta’s Duty Free program.
