Culture war means when us american take the fight to the illegal immigrants sence our goverment wont do it

Well all I know is something needs to be done because the illegals just continue to break more and more laws and don't care about us or our laws. They are criminals and pose a threat to national security.

There is a really good movie that addresses that question. It is called Masked and Anonymous. It is a Bob Dylan movie. Except for the fact that it is a little abstract for most people, Dylan does a great job of addressing just that issue.
It is kind of amusing, also. It has Penelope Cruz, Jeff Bridges and Jessica Lang in it also. I would suggest you watch that movie. It is about what happens after the Civil War between Mexico and the United States when the United States loses.

The government is going to give the illegal immigrants amnesty. I can't believe the government of this country can go against what most citizens want. When did we stop being a government for the people. What we as citizens want does not matter to the government anymore. I hope this will not cause a culture war. Unfortunately I believe the standard of living for all of us will drop substantially because of supporting millions of extra people that we have no room for. And frankly I don't believe that most of them really want to become citizens of this country, they just want as much money as they can get, all the freebies our government is loading them up with and lots of welfare.

They will not get amnesty.
My lady came in to the USA from Thailand and she did it legal and so should everyone else. What makes Mexicans think they are better then anyone else and should get something for free. Sure it might hurt the country but I think all 11 million illegals should be deported and be shot like anyone else if they try to cross the border at any place other then the check points.
So go home and come back legal.

"Illegals" not immigrants, are a hot topic right now, and whether it be a democrat or republican politician they had better listen up. Americans from all sides are banning together in unity in regards to this topic, and are mad as hell. I have already put my representatives on notice, and I certainly will have no problem voicing my opinion with a vote. So no there won't be a culture war. There will be new people in office.

You can be damned sure there would be a backlash ... and when Americans see red, they really DO see red ... if our borders are not secured, and nothing is being done about the illegal immigrants, I fear people will start taking it out on ALL Hispanics, even the ones who are here legally ... I really wish our administration, our elected representatives, would wake up, and wake up quickly ... justice to the American citizens has to be done, and has to be SEEN and VERIFIED to be done ...

Such persons may have entered the US illegally, then later legalized their status. They can serve in the US armed forces, and many do, as a means to obtaining permanent status (i.e. citizenship).

If the republicans do that they will lose the election. Especially if they do not secure the borders.
When I brought my wife in it took four years from first application until she was approved fro her green card. I am for amnesty if they go home and start the process from there.

Business has identified that they outnumber stupid, silly, and uneducated rednecks such as yourself and they have more economic spending power that trailor park trash such as yourself.
