I'm kinda wonering what Muslim hate the most, a non-belief in God (Athisism), having no concern of God or other concept of God (Buddism or Taoism) or a belief in God that goes agaisnt theirs (Chrisitans or Jewish).

No, Muslims are not taught to respect other religions or lack of religion.
Muslims are currently killing Bhuddist children in Thailand.
Muslims are currently killing Hindu children in India.
They are order to kill all non-believers on behalf of God by the Quran and Mohammed.

Muslims first and foremost hate anyone not Muslim, second they hate Jews, then Christians because they came from Jews. Then they hate everyone else in the world even different kinds of Muslims and if you don't believe that then why are Sunni and Shites(both sects of Islam) killing each other in Iraq? Mostly Muslims just hate. It is built into their religion like love is built into most other religions.

Muslims are commanded to respect all the religions. Muslims believe in and repect all the Prophets of God without making any distinction amoung them.
The hate which you see is due to lack of knowledge of the message and more political rather than religious.

we don't hate anyone. We respect every other religons, media is stereotyping us and it depends on your level of intelligence to believe everything that media shows. You haven't lived with us to judge us, you didn't see the true muslims. What you're seeing are a specific number of people who are very angry at what's been happening in the world and are trying to take revenge somehow or the other, those people are not representing Islam, infact, almost all of them are not educated. Plus, one day or the other, people are gonna wake up and realise the mess they're in.

Hate is a religious concept. therefore the more religious you are the more people you get to hate and the bigger hypocrit you become.
when it comes to helping fellow man without thought of reward, most atheists are better 'christians' than the church go-ers who pretend to be christian. For the 'christians' there has to be a payoff, the aetheists dont expect a reward in 'heaven'

Hard-line Muslims, like hard-line Christians, can't really fathom atheism. They tend to reserve their hatred for their fellow believers, whom they can more readily identify and (at least claim to) understand.
