Would writing my tetimony down and then baring it during sacrement seem wrong. I am sick but this is the only time nearly all my family will be in sacrement and I would like to give my testimony but I am having a hard time thinking straight. What do you think?

It's perfectly OK to write your testimony down and read it. Or wait till you feel better. Your testimony is actually for YOU not for your family. Your testimony is also for God and you can give it to him every hour of every day. Don't sweat the small stuff.

I think it is perfectly fine to write you testimony and read it in Sacrament meeting. Journaling is encouraged, so why would this be a problem? Also, returning/leaving Missionaries write speeches and read those at their meetings when they come home and when they leave.

All that matters is that it is your true testimony....

I imagine this came a bit late for the meeting today, but for the future, I hope that this helps...

Yes, you could definitley do that. You could even tell them that's why you have the paper. There's absolutly nothing wrong with it.
