yes, what's the purpose of hanging onto someone so deceitful.
using sex as a tool or weapon is evil and why stay with an evil female. if she cuts a guy off, she is usually getting it somewhere else, so figure her for a cheat and move on.

It depends for how long you cut him off and if you still show affection, just don't give it up.

why is she cutting you off..? did you cheat? did you insult her? did you hurt her? did you do something nasty and she doesnt want aids? all this is relevant.. if you dont have a relationship, and you both wont fix it .. go to a therapist. if you cant make it work.. get a divorce.
or time to leave.
