My heart and mind are in prayer constantly ... It isn;t something you have to do once a day or ten times a day ... but you can be in constant communication with God. There are times I set aside specifically for the purpose, but I am constantly in communion with God, thanking, relating, petitioning, worshiping ... even as I go about everything else in my life. I don;'t know how to seperate it out, because it;s part of who I am, part of my life.

There are several different ways I pray. 1 I always pray when I start my day. Then there is once I leave the house going to work. I also pray every time I get into my car. I pray when I see some potential hazard or need fro someone or myself. I have a quiet time when I do my serious praying (go over my prayer list for friends & loved ones and of course my needs). but I have a constant connection/conversation with my Savior.

I try to pray always. While I set aside special time for prayer, I also pray while going about my daily tasks.
There is no reason why a person can't pray while shopping, driving, working, playing with their children, etc.

When I wake up in the morning, every time beforeee I eat or drink something, befor I go to bed at night, befor I drive or go anywhere, when I have a problem, or am about to do something, and every time I think of my wife, I pray for her, and every time I need, or want guidance. Why, do you pray often?

When Jesus the second member of the Godhead died He open up a way to The Father, we should count it a honor to come to Him with all that concerns us, we are to pray and then be still and listen, we talk to God as to a friend but never listen for Him to speak. We are to be always in the place where we can offer a prayer to our Father, by the way when Jesus prayed abba father, that means daddy or papa. I think people pray more than they realize. You don't have to be in a kneeling position with your eyes shut to pray.
How many people have said "God, help me get this job.", "Lord, help me make good on this test.", or "Oh, God, what am I going to do now." When you are talking to God, you are praying.
The Bible says to pray without ceasing. This is so that we can build our faith and to have a better relationship with God.
How many people have adult children that only call when they need something? What do the parents start to think of that child? (The parent starts to think, oh, no, they need something and so now they can find the time to call.)
Could it not be the same way with God?

I actually only sit down with hands crossed and eyes closed at night when I'm in bed. It's only once a day, but I have all the time in the world to just talk to God. I'm almost always talking to Him though. I'm not the huge religious type, but it eases me to just talk out to Him. He's always there to listen, whether He answers my requests or not, it is comforting to have Him there. So, I'll still go with once, but it may actually be more. Good question! I'm looking forward to reading some of the other answers!

I pray all day every day.
I am determined to remember to cast my cares upon God for I know that He cares for me.
When I pray, I remind myself and God of the promises He's given us in His Holy Bible (his love letter to us).
I talk to God and tell Him my concerns and make a decision not to worry.
This helps me to be patient until I see the breakthrough of the answers I've been asking for and sowing seeds for.
