Don't waste your money. Read the box. They ALL say " to be
used with proper diet and exercises". You can get the exact
same results with proper diet and exercises. If they really worked, you would have to have a Doctors prescription!

Sorry. There aren't any.
The pills you buy to help you lose weight will speed up your metabolism in an artificial way. This is called "speeding".
Have you heard the phrase "You can't cheat Mother Nature"? You can in the short run. You can take the pills for a few days and fly around like a madman or madwoman with no appetite and probably lose a few pounds. But in the process, you'll be cheating your body of sleep and probably some needed nutrition as well. After the binge, you will feel frazzled, moody, irritable and will have probably pissed off a lot of friends, family and others by some rather weird behavior.
So, sorry for the answer but just try to eat better food: less McDonalds, more Wendy's salads, baked potatos and iced tea. Then, go for more walks or take up some harder exercise.
Shortcuts work for a shortwhile but usually end up costing you in other areas. Learn more about nutrition and exercise and that will serve you well for all of your life.

The best diet pill? Please, save your money and sign up for a gym and have them set you up a fitness plan (most gyms do this for free when you sign up.
Then, ditch the junk food and start eating whole, fresh foods, and watch your portions. I have found eating real foods taste great and are much more filling.
I've seen countless friends take diet pills to only lose weight for a few months and gain even more weight after awhile. Plus, to lose weight requires commitment to changing your entire lifestyle.
Rescources you may want to consider checking out are:
1. Your local YMCA, or a gym close by where you work or live.
Note: Pack your clothes and take with you. Get a workout buddy. No excuses!!!
2. www.weightwatchers.com There is one reason I put this on here. You can go to meetings with other people in your same shoes and be held accountable for your actions. Two, it's a great place to learn some tools.
3. www.carbaware.org My own doctor is the founder of this organization and he and his wife have both lost over 100 lbs using a nutrient dense diet plan.
4. http://livinlavidalocarb.blogspot.com This man is motivating, fun, and will really make you want to get out there and get it done.
5. www.weightoftheevidence.com Regina Wilshire has this blog to get scientific research to help motivate and educate you to live a healthty lifestyle.
Best of luck in your new lifestyle!

Please stay away from those diet pills, they all contain caffene, which is addictive, and a bunch of other chemicals that have never been tested for long term use, and just because they sell them in stores does not make them safe. (They also sell cigarettes and alcohol in stores)
These pills also become a crutch for alot of people, making them think they can eat whatever they want, if they just pop a few pills.
Stick to diet and exercise.

None.
Is your weight too tight??
"Loose" is the opposite of tight.
The word you want is spelled L-O-S-E.
Exercise more, eat less.
And learn to spell.

Hoodia; it contains safe, all natual ingredients (no ephedra). It "tricks" your body and mind to suppress your appetite so you eat less; it really works! Good luck!
