I am male and only do females. And I believe it is not how you use it or the size of it. It is who is using it that matters. This works for both sides. If I really like the woman I am with and all she does is lay there it is better then one who hangs from the fan and does flips (blew it out of proporsion) that I found in a bar for a quickie. And as far as women taking a long time to get finished I feel if they are just out for a quickie they will finish up quickly because that is what it is.
