sating-------staying three year in usa--ten with permission the person spend two year in his countey-3 after two year he come to us a --and it is going 3 year again--now how long he has to wait for applying fr citizen ship

I think I understand what you are saying but I am not sure, you mean he stayed here with permission for 10 years, and then went back home for 3 years, and came back to the U.S. again with permission, if he has obeyed all the laws and has been coming back and forth with permission, I think he can apply for citizenship, but I don't no how long he has to wait you need to talk to American immigration and they can give you the right answer.
