Hmm. A good gift for OMM....
You could dye your hair whatever color red he's always praying for.
Other than that, I think a good pill box or PDA with preset reminders to take his meds would be in order.
(BTW, watch out for his present wife's aunt he calls "the Auntie Christ." I'd imagine she'd be none too happy with you.)

As I am a king of spritual tantra and divine and can tell every thing of fortune of any body any where in the world so it is my desire that I should do the work on the world level to contact religious work or throgh media as i am doing this work since 25 yrs and so succesfully so it is my plan work to expand this thing or so

If I remember right, OFF MY MEDS promised to go back on his meds if you stayed on YA. Perhaps you should remind him of his promise?
How about getting him a gift certificate to his favorite pharmacy?

Perhaps a Hebrew-Greek study Bible, of a Strong's, Or better yet, a 'I'll do anything for you once or maybe twice if I like it' ticket, that can only be used AFTER the wedding? Anyway, that is just a few of my ideas.
