A Maltese dog is white, small (4-10 lbs), long straight fur and has a ponytail that is bent over(called a top-knot) over her forehead. I am not looking for a common name (Zoe or Sophie). Her temperment is playful and affectionate. Can you help?

I have a Maltese and her name is Blanca. Blanca means white in spanish and malteses are white, so that is why I named her that.
